Pretty as a picture, this deep navy fine straw wide-brimmed hat is decorated with 2 velvet appliques and one large flower that looks a bit like a dahlia and is pale pink with realistic stems and leaves. It hails from Brozman's department store in Williamsport Pa.
There's a straw braided hatband, that ends in a small bow.
It has "ears" inside to hold the hat on with bobby pins, so it is one size should fit all.
The1940s women's hat is on perfect condition overall, but the material covering the wire "ears" is worn away.
