Fab summery lightweight 100% cotton dress that can also be worn as a beach cover-up or light coat with the silvery "poppers" or SNAPS on the front. It has front patch pockets and bracelet-length sleeves. It has or I should say HAD an elasticized waistband, but it's lost all its stretch. The label is missing, but it is identifiable from the design. Straight style, like a column.
