Vintage Victorian Bracelet Silver & Mother of Pearl Hand Painted Birds

I LOVE this unique vintage bracelet was made in ? ( tag on back says " made in
"--looks a bit like Indian silver... long ago).
The sections are each hand painted with birds and flowers, and set into a silver setting. There is no silver mark and I don't think it is sterling but it IS silver, perhaps a slightly lesser grade. It measures 7 1/2" long not including the clasp and is 1" tall.
