Vintage Tortoiseshell Lucite Earrings Mod Hoops Pierced 1960s

Vintage tortoiseshell " Mod" earrings of a double modified hoop; they remind me of the kidney shaped coffee tables of the 1950s.

There is a post on each- no backs,  but any back will work. About 2 1/2" long and in excellent condition.

Note: These have a "break" in each of the big hoops in the same exact place, and they dont squeeze together leading me to believe these are part of the structure of the hoop
