Ivory silk faille is the basis for this unique vintage cocktail dress of the 1970s. It has very unusual princess lines and full back belted style. It has a back zipper. The deep V neckline is decorated with sparkly plastic crystal beads. The label is Elinor Simmons for Malcolm Starr. The dress has provenance, see below.
