Vintage Hand Knit Scarf/Shawl Navy w Gold Stripes Large Early 1920s 72"

This fantastic vintage scarf is of the pre-1920s era, which could put it either in the Titanic or Downton Abbey family for costume. Its a hand knit piece of wool in a very dark navy blue, with deep gold stripes on either end. Also has two color fringe at each end.

It measures 72" long by 36" wide. Its crudely made but perfect if you like quirky or want a period item in really good clean condition. There is a hole or separation along  one side. But otherwise great!
