Vintage Embroidered Net Sequin Beaded Collar Black Blue Carnival Frog Closure

This pretty collar can be added to any piece of clothing to jazz it up. It is a netted base, with embroidery of solid black/blue carnival glass beads. Possibly the 1940s, but it is hard to date this. 18" neckline, the collar is about 4 1/2" wide, frog closure
