Vintage Charcoal Gray Tweed Wool Day Dress Ultra Late 1940s 38-26-Free
This dress by design is the perfect late 1940s model with its tight wide waist band and full skirt. The sleeves are set in, with light shoulder pads. It has a unique yoke, and I love the covered buttons, 2 tone with red centers of wool. Unlined, no label. The fabric is great too, a black and white tweed with all the primary colors subtly woven thru it.

CONDITION: It is gorgeous but has some moth damage, not loads, but there is enough and one small pencil eraser sized stain on the front of the skirt near the hem and on the bodice as shown, as well as a slight darkness on the bodice back.. Best for costume or design.
