Fabulous rich black silk velvet is the base for this heavily and exquisitely beaded vintage bolero that was custom-made for Sonja Loew, a Czech who married theater magnate E. M. Loew and was fabulous for her generosity, outrageous outfits, and indecipherable accent. She is sitting next to Zsa Zsa Gabor in this photo.
The beadwork is outlined in straw embroidery, truly unique! The jacket is lined in black silk satin. It is top quality and would look great with everything from a pair of jeans to a glamorous evening gown.
