Luscious vintage silk velvet cocktail dress embellished with the most unusual applique- it is ribbon thats been twisted and turned wit look a lot like crepe paper flowers on the front and back , in the form of a Fleur di Lis.
It is lined and has huge seams. It looks couture, though the label doesn't really indicate that. It has a full back zip, and is darted to emphasize the bust. Also has princess seams. So unique! Label is Kimie.
