Vintage 1930s Semi-Cloche Hat Maroon Red Huge Clear Lucite Hatpin O/S

Super late 1930s vintage semi-cloche hat in a deep maroon felt; the real news is the 8 1/2" clear carved hat pin in the front of the hat. I found it difficult to keep it in place, though there's no evidence it was attached any special way. It may be that the pin stays in place with the hat on. Either way, it is a STUNNER!
It fits my 23" head snugly, but I would suggest hairpins to lock it on.
It has a consumer protection label.
The back is unsewn and needs to be finished.
