Rare Vintage Hat Stand Wooden Girl with PigTails 1940s Green

Adorable vintage wooden hat stand with a little girl in braids or pigtails. Pale green painted wood, she stands almost 10" tall and is in amazing condition. Came from a now-gone store in Williamsport PA called Bush& Bull Co.
