Vintage Dress Op Art J. Tiktiner France 1970s

I do not know what the material content of this dress is and the only label says that it is hand washable only; it feels stiff like organdy and is lined with an acetate type white slip. The print is reminiscent of Merimekko. It has horizontal lines of checkerboards, dots, circles, etc in black and white. The bright red and white flowers start small at the top and get large toward the bottom. Large pointed collar, sleeves are unlined and so are sheer and close with buttons at the cuff. The dress has a front button placket and a self-belt and has a slight A-line shape. Label is “Made in France by J. Tiktiner Expressly for Bergdorf Goodman.
