Vintage Nurses Wristwatch Multi Sweep Second Hand Swiss Made 1940s

Great little working vintage watch I purchased  from a former nurse who is in her 80s, and she said she wore this throughout her whole career. It is a " Multi" brand, and is stamped Swiss made. Antimagnetic, winds up, red sweep second hand. Stretch band is Champion Stainless ( Steel), Made in Japan.Stainless steel back, water & shock protected. It has 13/23 stamped on the back as well.

I've wound and watched it keep time and it is spot on.Band is 5", but stretches to 7"( not including watch, which measures 1 1/4". Its in excellent working condition, and was well cared for. Would make a great gift for a nurse. What looks like wear on the band is simply a reflection.
