Vintage Brooch Stainless Jelly Belly Fish Signed

Outstanding vintage pin is this 3D triple-fish in seaweed, complete with pale blue shades of bubbles. The "Jelly Belly" is 2 shades of clear blue faceted glass. The bubbles are blue cabochons with some luster. It is marked but for the life of me, I cannot make it out. Its about 2 1/2 " long and in excellent condition.
