Exceptional vintage black fur felt afternoon hat- " Russ Russell by O'Connell" and purchased at Isaac Long of Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. This would be THE Jack O'Connell.The hat is covered with intricate copper and ivory embroidery and is decorated with a 5/8 black velvet bow. It is a marked size 22, 4 1/2 tall with a 1 1/2 brim, and measures 22 around the inside edge. Mint condition.
