Vintage Cocktail Dress Blue Sequins Va-va-Voom! Frank Starr 1950s 36-26-36

Fabulous form fitting vintage cocktail dress in deep periwinkle blue with royal blue/purple iridescent sequins appliquéd all over in a lovely swirly pattern. Emphasis at the hip with a criss cross design.

The back has a double strap-hot! Full back zipper, lined in blue silk. Its a stunner. Label is Frank Starr.
