Antique Victorian Wide Brim Hat Feathers Brown Velvet Large Ruth E. Miller

Lovely brown silk velvet wide brimmed hat with huge crown, which was needed for the huge hair back in the day. It is embellished with original ostrich feathers in shades of brown and blues. The Victorian wide brimmed hat is lined in polished cotton. It's perfect and in great condition, with the brim being a little floppy, the under-brim has a small 1 1/2" slit. The label is Ruth E. Miller Fine Millinery, Kearny NJ. Inside measurement is 24", overall it is 15" in diameter.
