Vintage Navy Linen Coat/Dress Red/White Trim Nautical 1970s 35-28-38

The material for this flattering coat dress ( can be worn as either) has a heavy linen finish though I am not sure of the actual material;It is blue and black sort of a flat tweed print. Darted bodice; falls to the knee. Large collar typical of the era.A red and white grosgrain ribbon makes up the attached belt and cuffs ( can easily be removed) and 12 gold and black metal US ( navy?) buttons close the front. The label is Randy Collection, Toronto.
