Vintage Black Velvet Zhivago Russian Faux Fur Trimmed Coat/Pants 1970S 27" Waist

Cool, 1970's vintage pantsuit consisting of a vintage jacket/coat in cotton velvet that closes only at the waist with a fur-style hook and eye and has a full long peplum. The shawl collar, hem, and cuffs are trimmed with faux fur, and it is lined in black satin. It has French buttonhole slash pockets. The belt has a great big dark metal buckle. It also has set-in sleeves and light shoulder pads, and princess lines for great fit. The wide-leg pants have a front zip fly and are also darted for great fit. No label.

The coat can be worn alone as a really nice piece on its own.
