Vintage Black Metallic Silk Paisley Brocade Gold Skirt Vest 1970S Waist 28

Super vintage cocktail party style 2 piece a-line skirt and open short vest of paisley black and gold metallic silk brocade- it really shines! Its lined in silk and trimmed with loops of silk braid. I am amazed there's no label but it is extremely well made. Would look great with a black turtleneck as well. Back zipper in the skirt which does not have or need any slits or vents.
