It also is a fascinator, in that you can position it any way you like due to the felt and elastic back strap.
This little lovely is comprised of black felt and is decorated with a black veil and a striking magenta ostrich feather. The veil is torn but can be bunched up on the hat without taking away from the style. Or you can replace it and have a real head-turner.
The vintage fascinator bonnet is in perfect condition other than the veil. It has only one label" New York Creation"
