Very cool vintage purse, called a bracelet bag because the handles are indeed very large bracelets made of amber marbled Lucite.
The half-moon shape is unique and I love the padded “straps” the hold the handles to the bag. It has another piece of Lucite as a zipper pull that matches the handles.
Its lined in black Faille, and has tag, Tory 5th Ave, Craftsmanship in Leather. It zips shut. Its in overall very good condition, the leather is soft and the sales very good. The lining has a little edge wear at the top edges as shown.
