Vintage Ladies Black Wool Suit Ellen Brooke / Bergdorf Plaza 1970s Size 4

Beautiful and classic, this medium weight asymmetrical vintage jacket and skirt are by an important sportswear designer, Ellen Brook. It doesn't hurt that this was purchased at the exclusive "Bergdorf Goodman on The Plaza" in New York City!

The jacket darted waistline and the buttons closing the front are black half-rounds with goldtone rims. It is lined in light blue silk. No pockets, and it has light shoulder pads. The belt that it came with, I am not sure if it is leather or faux leather- in either case, it looks real, and looks great with the jacket.

The skirt is also asymmetrical and slightly A line, closing with same buttons as the jacket. It is lined in black silk. It is in mint condition.
