Vintage Mary Jane Shoe Ties 1920's Unique WOmens Sz 5B NIB Brown Bilt Ivory

Pretty pair of womens vintage ivory leather classic Mary Jane style shoes with "Boulevard" heels from about 1920; The special details include a checkerboard inset on the vamp, a square toe, and the 5-sided heel- style beyond its years! It closes at the top center with enameled Art Deco style buckles. These are a unique pair of wearable shoes.
These would make fantastic dancing shoes, and are perfectly wearable. Perfect for a Downton Abbey costume or a Great Gatsby Affair.
They have leather soles though I don't think this is the original box, it was the one they were found in.
This is part of a collection we recently procured from Carey's Shoe Store, a store that was established in 1919 in Charlevoix, Michigan. The family recently decided to let go of the remaining stock of the store, about 150 pairs, most new and in their original boxes.
