True vintage Flapper era ostrich feather boa, unusual colors, with a blue and white knotted cord detail.
It's a bit old smelling as feathers get sometimes, and some feathers are flying, so maybe best for a display where its not disturbed too much, price reflects.
Measures 24" for the just the feathers, and 42" with the cords.
