Talk about old Hollywood Glamour! Delicious pale green and gold metallic silk brocade is made into a form-fitting column style vintage wiggle evening gown, with spaghetti straps and back metal closing zipper. It has a great drape across the backside as well. Completely lined in pale green silk taffeta.
It has all the earmarks of a couture dress-boned bodice, dressmaker seams that are quite wide- this dress is incredibly well made, but I couldn't find a label. It reminds me of a Jay Thorpe Gown I once owned. It came out of a very wealthy estate, where there were many other high-end designer gowns, so it could be a couture piece that just doesn't have a label.

CONDITION: Excellent overall- the only small flaws are that the underarms are slightly discolored right at the edge, and there is a tiny stain on the front near the waist band. If not for these, the dress would cost twice as much.In fact the fabric alone is worth the price!
