Perfect mens vintage Victorian vest of smooth black wool with a scoop front that is trimmed wit narrow curved lapels. It is lined in black silk, and has a buckle back adjustment. The back of the vest is silk, rather than wool. The Victorian vest has to front pockets and self covered silk buttons. It is a fine example of menswear from the Victorian period.
