Fabulous black velvet vintage fascinator hat by Don Anderson features a stiff egret feather spray on the back and ethereal iridescent feathers dangling in the front. It has a coffee brown tulle veil.
Lining is really pretty, a faille with pink rosebuds print. It has 2 combs on either side to hold it on the head, thus will fit any size head. Excellent condition. It is shown here with a vintage Sarmi cocktail dress, sold separately, if available.
