So I listed it as a cloche because of the way it fits the head, but it also seems like a beret. And let's talk about that amazing long 2 tone fringe! I am not sure what the fringe is made of. It almost seems like a horses tail, but I am pretty sure that's not it.
The vintage Norman Durand hat also features a braided straw band in front. Will fit any size head but you'll most likely need hair pins or a hatpin to keep it on.
