Vintage Skirt Hand Woven w/ Hand Embroidery Embroidered Birds 1940s

This unique vintage skirt is absolutely now, with its bright mix of patterns and colors. It has large box pleats and side brass zipper. It is of a hand woven fabric with the large colorful birds all being hand embroidered as well. I believe it is from the 1940s due to the zipper, however I don't know the actual ethnicity. The fabric is great!
