Super-Duper 1930s women's vintage high military-style hat, a toque, if you will. It is comprised of a high crown with 2 rows of bugle beads surrounding the crown. The hatband dips down in the back- wow, such a cool design.
It has a New York Creation label, and a Heinz Store in Scranton, Pa.

It's difficult to measure but it should fit any head with hairpins. Excellent condition!
